  2. In accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of the Grovetown Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, I hereby apply to the Board of Zoning Appeals for a conditional use of land or structure as per Article 7 of said ordinance.
  11. Request must be accompanied by a pIot plan of the lot drawn to scale and showing the proposed uses of land and buildings’Parking and loading, building line setbacks and other information as may be required by the Board. Administration and advertising fee = $200.00 (non-refundable after first ad is placed in newspaper).
