The Department of Public Safety will provide information in response to formal requests made with the Request for Records Form. Please download this form in PDF format, fill it out completely and bring it to the DPS Annex Building 113 East Robinson Ave. in Grovetown.
Fees are collected for copies of incident reports, criminal history requests, copies of accident reports, cash bonds and expungement of records.

Request to Expunge Arrest Record $25.00
Records will be available at time of request, but if information must be searched, a record can be obtained up to three (3) business days
