Information Request


The Department of Public Safety will provide information in response to formal requests made with the Request for Records Form. Please download this form in PDF format, fill it out completely and bring it to the DPS Headquarters at 306 East Robinson Ave. in Grovetown.

Fees are collected for copies of incident reports, criminal history requests, copies of accident reports, cash bonds and expungement of records. Please provide exact change.
  • Copies of Reports: 25 cents per page
  • Criminal History: $12 per history report
  • Open Records Search: 25 cents per page plus $9.20 per hour with the first one-quarter hour free
  • Request to Expunge Arrest Record: $25
Copies of reports requested will be available one day following the request.
